Insectual - Mixed Media Before Canvas and Paint
A series of insect mixed medias including original photography that's been edited, printed on canvas and accented with acrylic paint. My inspiration for these stems from the connection I feel with insects and meditating in the high desert forests of Santa Fe.

You Can't Read Me - Painting with Photography
These self portraits represent my feelings of frustration with being a woman in today's society. The elements of self reflection, intelligence vs sexuality, body and identity are explored in this series. I printed these on canvas and embellished them with acrylic paint. This collection is ready to hang and available for gallery showings.

Shadows of the Anasazi
On the morning of Winter Solstice 2016, some friends and I got up at 1am and drove 4 hours to Chaco Canyon, NM in time to view the sunrise.  Every Winter Solstice, there is a specific location in the park where you can see the sun rise up from a naturally carved "cup" in the Earth.  It is quite amazing.  Chaco Canyon was once home to the Anasazi, from a Ute term adopted by the Navajo denoting the "ancient ones".   This series was created from that morning.  This is the first stage.  These are to be printed on canvas and I will be adding paint to some to balance out the warms and cools.
